1/4″ Copper Wort Chiller

I had a Christmas nightmare occur with the USPS and their horrible service. I ordered the Wort Chiller well ahead of Christmas, but the USPS didn’t deliver, and then returned the item to NY Brew Supply without even trying to contact me. Jeremy from NY Brew Supply personally emailed me and kept me up to date with the status of the item. Before the chiller even showed up at NY Brew Supply Jeremy sent out a replacement to a different address to make sure that I had the item for Christmas. Everything arrived (By UPS) to the correct location on time. I can’t stress enough how personable and helpful NY Brew Supply was with my order. They have definitely secured a lifelong customer. I’d give them 6 stars if I could, but instead I will just order all my beer brewing equipment from them.
