Description This is a set of 2 nylon / Plastic Mount and Demount Head  PLUS THE MOUNTING BRACKET used on Ranger tire changer machines. This kit is used to retrofit tire machines with metal mount heads to replaceable plastic mount heads and comes with an extra nylon head in this kit. Using plastic mount heads is much safer for delicate and expensive wheels yet durable enough to withstand the stress of larger tires and wheels. This listing includes 2 replacement heads as well as the adapter bracket and hardware needed when switching from a steel head to nylon heads.
