Seller: excellent. Shipped promptly. Tool: meh. Used on Bissell 2x Turbo. The water/cleaner sprayer can’t get into corners unless you hold the tool out at an angle and aim the spray before starting to use the brush head. The “brush head” especially the 1/4” long bristles is pitifully small, takes a whole lot of elbow grease to use, the angle side is pretty useless, the semicircle edge side is very small and on my stairs took two passes to go around the curve. And the tool head does not lock into place well, keeps turning when in use. Really you may as well just use a scrub brush, you’re going to be working that hard anyway. Why isn’t there a stair tool attachment with motorized rotating brush head?
