Love this machine and with a family of five with three children under 13 and three cats, this “little” machine is easy to pull out and great spills, cat hairball messes etc. quick and it’s super easy to use. Leaving the room smelling good and sanitized with two in one hot steam and sucker option. It problem area is dry within a couple of hours when I use the hot steam option. This little machine is usallly always out in one room or another, treating couches or mattresses. I love the cord length and how easy it’s to refill and dump. The tank resiviour is larger enough to get my job at hs d done and to keep on going on to the next without having to refill. I also love how there’s no leakage of the contaminated water. I’ve been able to treat stains in mattresses from cleaning product left over and stains on couches from years ago with one pass-through . As a mom of three kiddos and multiple fur babies, this is the best steam cleaner I’ve ever come across. It is definitely worth the extra money for the hot steam. I wish I could get this exact same experience with an upright or if it has a wider attachment with the same sucking strength for full floor rooms. This little silver bullet machine also treated and removed 99.9 % of a dark makeup stain on a very expensive white hand wash only sweater, that I had already tried everything on. I took the risk and it worked! I almost want to buy another one just in case they stop making this model!! A small and extremely efficient must have in all homes!
