This DIY outdoor pergola kit includes all the hardware you’ll need to build a 2-section roofed pergola. The completed 12′ x 14′ pergola doesn’t have to be those exact dimensions; it can be 6-12 feet wide by 13-14 feet deep by 8-10 feet tall. The steel post base brackets (6), corner brackets (4) and middle 4-way post brackets (2) for the pergola’s frame are made for 4×4 wood posts (actual size: 3.5″ x 3.5″) with 14-gauge premium steel (approximately 2.0mm thick). The 16 roof brackets are made for 2×4 wood slats (actual size: 1.5″ x 3.5″). The DIY outdoor pergola kit also includes stainless steel screws for securing the 4×4 wood posts and 2×4 roof slats into the steel brackets. Wood (lumber) not included.
