over the last few years, going back and forth on fitness multiple times, i have purchased this item probably 3-4 times. Oats are a great source of protein and fiber which are two nutrients i value highly in my diet. A cup of these oats has 14g of protein and 8g of fiber for only 320 calories. add in some peanut butter powder and those numbers go up pretty well without adding a bunch of calories while making the oatmeal a bit more sweet and filling.i love buying items in bulk so i do not have to worry about needing more for a long time and i get multiple months worth of servings out of one pail. This product is one of my favorite I’ve randomly stumbled upon on amazon; and found out the brand is one i like quite a bit as they offer many other items in bulk quantities as well.
