1.We guarantee that all loose diamonds, diamond stud earrings, or diamond solitaire pendants we sell are backed by a 100% lifetime trade-up guarantee. We will apply 100% credit towards the purchase of a new diamond, diamond stud earrings or diamond solitaire pendant of equal or greater value. The original sales receipt is the only thing necessary to complete a diamond trade-up transaction for diamonds less than ½ carat that have not been laboratory certified. Any certified diamond or diamond ½ carat and larger must also be accompanied with the original independent gemological laboratory certificate. If you have lost or misplaced the certificate, you will be required to incur the entire cost to re-certify the stone to verify the stones authenticity before we will accept it in a trade-up transaction. 2.We guarantee that ALL of our loose diamonds ½ carat and larger (this includes all diamond pendants, stud earrings, and solitaire rings) HAVE been graded by an Accredited Independent Gemological Grading Laboratory. The top independent grading laboratories are:

The Gemological Institute of America (G.I.A.)
The De Beers Forevermark Diamond Institute (F.D.I.)
The American Gem Society (A.G.S.)
The European Gemological Laboratory (E.G.L.)
The International Gemological Institute (I.G.I.)

Some of our competitors guarantee that all of their diamonds are graded and appraised in accordance with the standards of an independent lab or are graded by a gemologist on their staff. This is not the same. Accept no imposters. An appraisal or in-house certification is not the same. Insist any company you price a diamond with abides by this standard of excellence.

3.We guarantee a 100% money back refund if the certified diamond you purchase from Tara Fine Jewelry Co. has been inaccurately graded.
