Return Policy At Tara Fine Jewelry Co., Inc., our number one goal is complete customer satisfaction. This is our personal guarantee to you, our valued customer. There is absolutely NO risk when buying from Tara Fine Jewelry Co. We will make it right and make you completely satisfied – that is our promise. In the event an exchange is requested: 1.Each item must be exchanged in the same condition as it was selected, unworn and undamaged. The original Tara SKU and/or manufacturer tag MUST still be on the merchandise in order for an exchange to be processed. Damaged items due to customer negligence will not be accepted for exchange or refund. 2.If your purchase is a certified diamond or ring, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well. This is very important as the diamond certificate has a replacement fee of $500. If the certificate is not returned, then the cost of replacing the certificate will be charged and deducted from your exchange. 3.Custom work, special orders, or personalized and engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error caused by Tara Fine Jewelry Co., Inc. 4.If a return or exchange is being mailed, send the package by U.S.P.S., United States Postal Service Registered Mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the return item package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Tara Fine Jewelry Co. is NOT responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package. RETURN TIME All returns will be processed after our jewelers and/or GIA certified laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), credits to your account or a gift certificates will be issued in approximately five business days. Please note that each return must be accompanied by its original materials. Online returns items are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipts, all reports, packaging and/or materials.
